Paul M. Anderson
CPA/PFS, firm President
Paul founded the firm in 2000. Mr. Anderson’s expertise is in the area of business consulting, real estate development, taxation and financial planning. Mr. Anderson has been accredited by the AICPA with a Personal Financial Specialization (PFS). He earned an accounting degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. He is a member of the AICPA, TSCPA, and local CPA chapter. He is also an active member on the board of the Methodist Healthcare System. Mr. Anderson is married to Andrea, who is a retired elementary school educator. They have two children and five grandchildren. His hobbies include hiking, fishing, and travel.
Ross W. Johns
CPA/CFE
Ross received a B.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has worked in Public Accounting for the past 45 years. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and the audit partner in charge of all accounting and audit engagements. Ross has specialties in non-profit organizations, wholesale businesses, homeowners’ associations, and construction. Ross enjoys spending time with his wife, Carol, a retired elementary school educator, and traveling to visit their grandchildren. An active Kiwanian, his interests include serving on non-profit boards and church committees.
Ann Yao
CPA/PFS
Ann has over 20 years of tax and accounting experience. She was licensed in Texas since 2001 and since then, she has been working in public accounting field, including working at Ernst & Young as a Tax Senior. In the past 15 years, Ann has gradually built her expertise in international taxation by providing international tax advisory services to foreign corporations conducting business in the United States as well as American citizens working abroad. She helps international businesses conquer the increasing challenges they face in meeting the complex tax compliance requirements of the global marketplace. She assists in identifying the best corporate tax structure for each unique situation and develops a comprehensive strategy to reduce tax obligations and increases profitability. Ann’s international clients cover from Sweden to Japan, Italy to United Arab Emirates.
Joe Davis
JD/CPA
Joe received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from St. Mary’s University. After initially practicing law, he moved to public accounting where he has been working for the past 30 years. Joe joined the firm in January 2016 and became a partner in 2018. While versed in many different aspects of taxation, he concentrates his practice in the area of business taxation. His primary focus in this area is in assisting partnerships with both their tax compliance and planning needs and in assisting the partners with future development plans. He is committed to treating each of his clients in a personalized manner, as if they were family. He is married and believes that his most worthwhile accomplishment is, with the help of his wife, raising two great sons. When he is not working, he likes to read and go for walks.

William “Bill” H. Hardin
Bill began his career working for an international CPA Firm for seven years, during which he specialized in taxation. He then founded a CPA Firm in 1968 which continued until 2014, when he and his Firm joined Anderson, Johns, Yao & Davis CPAs, P.C. With a business and CPA background, Bill regularly assists business clients and their owners with consulting, business advice, estate planning, and taxation, including representations before various sections of the Internal Revenue Service. He has served as an expert for clients or law firms in the United States Tax Court and in several other forums. Bill has also regularly assisted clients in their sales or purchases of businesses or real estate. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Southwest Texas State University. Bill and his wife, Glenda, a homemaker, have been married since 1962 and have resided in Shavano Park since 1975. They have two children and four grandchildren.
Vivian R. McKenzie
Vivian graduated with honors from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a BBA in accounting. She has over 30 years of experience in public, not-for-profit, and governmental accounting. Throughout her career, Vivian has worked with a wide variety of companies and individual clients in the areas of accounting, auditing, and taxation. Her current focus is on small business and individual tax return review and preparation, as well as business accounting services review and preparation. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs, and is an active member of her church. Vivian and her husband Ron are both avid runners and enjoy participating in half-marathons across the Country. They have three grown children and a spoiled miniature dachshund.
Judy Munter
Judy graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Her employment background includes working with a Savings and Loan Company as well as a CPA firm in Houston, Texas before joining her husband’s Law Firm in San Antonio. Judy has been with the company since January 2005. Her prior accounting and industry experiences provides her with a broad practical approach in dealing with business issues. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching movies and volunteering.
